The Grow Shop – Returns Policy
1. Eligibility
You may return unused, unopened items within 14 days of receipt for a refund.
Custom or perishable items are non-returnable unless faulty.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 7 days of delivery to report faulty or incorrect items.
We will provide return instructions and arrange a replacement or refund.
3. Return Process
Email info@thegrowshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be returned in original packaging.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
