The Grow Shop – Returns Policy
At The Grow Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is quick, fair, and easy to follow.
1. Eligibility for Return.
If for any reason you’ve changed your mind about what you’ve purchased, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item to us for a refund.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Custom-made, perishable, or special-order products are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact our team before sending it back.
2. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We do our best to ensure every order arrives to you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
- Send an email to info@thegrowshop.co.uk with your order number, a brief description, and photos (if necessary).
- Our team will review the issue, and provide simple return or replacement instructions.
- If the fault it ours, we’ll cover all return shipping costs, and arrange either a replacement, or full refund.
3. How to Return an Item
- Email info@thegrowshop.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
- Package your item securely so they don’t get damaged on their way to us.
- You can use any courier you prefer to send the item back to us. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
- Include a written note, or a printout with your order number, and email address inside the parcel so we can process your return quickly.

4. Refunds
Once we receive your item back, we aim to process all refunds within 2 working days.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- You will receive email confirmation as soon as your refund has been processed.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error, or the item is faulty.
5. Exchanges
We’re happy to arrange exchanges where stock allows.
If the product you want isn’t available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
To request an exchange, simply email info@thegrowshop.co.uk before returning your item.
You will be responsible for paying the postage cost of the new item.
