The TrolMaster ARS-1 AC Remote Station is a universal infrared controller designed to automate air conditioners that use IR remote controls, including most mini-split and compatible window-style units. Instead of manual adjustments, the ARS-1 manages temperature changes automatically, ensuring a stable environment around the clock.
Once connected to the Hydro-X Control System, the ARS-1 learns the infrared signals from the original AC remote. After programming, it sends those signals automatically based on day and night conditions detected by its built-in photocell sensor. As a result, temperature setpoints change seamlessly without user intervention.
