Growstone – GS-1 Hydro Stones deliver an advanced root-zone environment for hydroponic and hybrid growing systems. Although hydroponic plants feed from nutrient solutions, their roots still need a stable, highly aerated foundation. For this reason, GS-1 provides an ideal balance of air, water, and structure to maximise growth and root health.

Made from 100% recycled glass, which slowly releases plant-available silica (monosilicic acid). Consequently, plants develop stronger cell walls and improved resistance to drought, salinity, heavy metals, and disease.

GS-1 is the larger stone size in the Growstone range. Therefore, it works perfectly as a standalone hydroponic medium or as a powerful amendment in coco or soil blends, such as 60/40 or 50/50 mixes.
