The filter’s durable aluminium body and 51% open-area mesh ensure even airflow across the carbon bed. Inside, virgin Australian RC4-12 activated carbon absorbs odours and airborne contaminants efficiently. Moreover, the cylindrical design forces all extracted air to pass through the carbon, guaranteeing effective filtration.

Machine-packing maximises carbon density and reduces movement, which maintains consistent performance throughout the 9–12 month lifespan. When the filter approaches the end of its cycle, growers can flip the fully reversible neck, base, and duct-coupler to extend its efficiency.
